Located in the rural village of Gulval Churchtown on the outskirts of Penzance in the beautiful rugged West Cornwall. This new conversion is light and spacious and offers an excellent standard of accommodation.

The village is peaceful and quiet and from The Garden House you are perfectly positioned to explore the whole of the far South West of England. Everything is on your doorstep, whether a walk on the rugged North Coast or exploring the pretty town of St Ives to the tranquillity of the South Coast, visiting the fishing village of Mousehole and Newlyn. The town of Penzance is a short drive or 20 minute walk away where there are a number of gorgeous independent shops in the shopping streets of Causewayhead and Chapel Street, with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to help you on your way. The beach is also a 10 minute stroll away from The Garden House.

With underfloor heating and a lovely deep bathtub, it’s not just for summer; in fact it makes a wonderfully cosy sanctuary after a blustery walk by the sea.

A luxuriously restful Super king bed that is easy to get into but hard to leave. The ensuite has a bathtub that beckons and also a walk in shower. Perfect to help you leave the stresses and strains of your everyday lives behind.

MARAZION

Marazion. It’s about the castle. But it’s not all about the castle. Visit the ancient town that offers beach days out, watersports, gallery browsing and one of the most iconic sites in the UK.

MOUSEHOLE

It’s gorgeous – what more can we say? With its winding streets, perfectly formed harbour and impeccable little harbour beach, Mousehole has to be seen to be believed.

HAYLE

Meet the Cornish town that combines world-class beaches with a World Heritage-status industrial past. Hayle has a wild, romantic beauty like nowhere else in the county. A must visit.

PORTHCURNO

With its azure waters and towering cliffs, Porthcurno is the award-winning beach that would put many a Greek island to shame. Sample its delights, then hop across to the famous Minack Theatre.

SENNEN

We save the best until last in Cornwall and, for surfers and sun worshippers, our most westerly beach is an absolute gem. Take a surf, have a stroll, or watch the sunset in this picture-perfect cove.

ST IVES

With its many beaches, cobbled streets and artistic heritage, the poster child of seaside tourism needs no introduction. Enjoy the vibe on a big day out, then return to the cultured calm of Penzance.

PORTHLEVEN

A fishing village with some proper Cornish character, Porthleven has become a top foodie hub in recent years. Potter the harbour, stop for a pint and a bite – and soak up the local scene.

THE LIZARD

The most southerly spot in the UK offers rugged country, soft beaches, hidden coves and plenty of attractions. It’s a little oasis of quiet compared to some spots, too. Ahh…

FALMOUTH

A rich maritime history, a choice of great beaches and an artsy vibe all come together to make Falmouth, or ‘Falifornia’ as it’s known to some, one of Cornwall’s very best days out.
